This is a system in which our employees are evaluated for their targets, potentials and competencies by the managers, and which is required for career planning with the feedback we receive after this evaluation.
Performance and Career Management System has been developed with the idea to create a system which enables the employees to give a direction to their careers, offers them training and development opportunities to develop their careers, contributes to development both individually and as an organization; and it has been configured to operate the performance, a career backup, talent management and training / development processes in an integrated manner.
In the Mas Group, we use a pricing system based on job content which is governed by a common ranking structure. In this system, it is aimed at creating an equal, competitive and in line with market wages policy by evaluating works with the job evaluation method; the annual market salary surveys are also used in determining pricing practices.
In this regard, we apply the market and performance-based compensation policy in our companies in the manner of supporting the strategy and competitiveness of our companies. Salary increases, which are determined depending on the performance of the employee and business content, are carried out once a year.
